Monday: Relax Into Yoga 9:30am - 10:30am with Raymond Gentle Healing Movement (1pm - 2pm) and Creative Speech Workshop (2pm - 3pm) with Jrmhild and Jris, by donation

Tuesday: Seniors Chair Movement to Music with Marie 11am. $10

Wednesday: Playgroup 9am - 10.30am Community meal every first Wednesday of the month 11am - 1pm

Thursday: Playgroup 10am - 11.30am Breathe with Alon 6pm - 7pm

Friday: Mahjong 9am-12pm. $3
